My Groupon code doesn't work.

A. Please make sure you are using the Groupon "Redemption Voucher Code" which is 12 characters.

I ordered multiple Groupon codes. How do I apply them for one order?

A. Our current platform doesn't allow us to combine multiple discounts into one order.

B. You would need to do separate orders for each discount code.

How are the bully sticks made?

They are humanely made without added hormones, antibiotics or steroids. All-natural. No additives or artificial preservatives. Manufactured under industry-leading food safety programs.


Are your bully sticks safe?

Yes. They are approved by the USDA.


How long does it take to receive the bully sticks?

Because of Covid related shipping and supply chain issues, please expect 1-2 weeks for delivery. We sincerely apologize for this delay and hope your dog enjoys our treats.


Are there refunds, returns or exchanges?

Only if the bully stick(s) is defective; you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt and we will send you new bully stick(s). To request a new bully sticks, please contact us at support@bullysticksclub.com.


What if I was charged for bully sticks I didn't receive?

If you experience any issues with a missing item(s), you must contact support within 30 days from the date of issue. We will send you new bully sticks. To request replacement item(s) please contact us at support@bullysticksclub.com. Any complaints received after this timeline given will not be eligible for a replacement.
